Swim, STEM, and Fitness: A Day Camp Adventure
The schedule is designed to provide a balanced mix of swimming instruction, fitness training, and recreational activities. Also including arts, environmental activities etc.
Swim and Fit Day Summer Camp Schedule
9:00 am: Morning Warm-up & Stretching/ Split into groups
9:00 am - 10:00 am: Learn to Swim Lessons (Beginners)
9:00 am - 10:00 am: Morning STEM (STEM education activity environmental )
10:00 am - 10:30 am: Mid-Morning Meal
10:30 am - 11:30 am: Learn to Swim Lessons (Intermediate/Advanced)
10:30 am - 11:30 am: Morning STEM
11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Free Swim & Water Play
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch & Rest Time
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Fitness Training (Age-appropriate exercises and activities)
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Afternoon Snack Break
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Fun Swim Activities (Water games, relay races, diving practice)
4:00 pm: Pick-up & Departure
